Have you ever been told you have a ‘weak core’ and need to address it?

Both too little and too much movement may be problematic. As can too much or too little muscle activation. In order to have stability, movement should be controlled so load is spread evenly across the body rather than being increased at some levels and decreased at others. Here we use Pilates based exercise, combined with general exercise to improve your movement control, without preventing movement and turning you into a tin man.
